One of those rare episodes that doesn't begin with a couple randoms getting killed. Instead, we see Dean electrocuted while hunting a rawhead. And for the first time in the series, Dean's life is on the line and they need to find a way to save him.
Also I've figured out that this blog is pretty much an excuse for me to put all my would-be tweets in one spot without clogging up my Twitter feed and driving the few non-SPN fan followers crazy. ;)

- I hadn't watched Buffy or Angel yet the first time around, so Julie Benz also didn't mean anything to me, but hey there, Darla.
- This scene in the woods with the girl running was way better with "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" in the background. Oh, Netflix.
- "I guess if you're gonna have faith, you can't just have it when the miracles happen. You have to have it when they don't." Wise, Darla.
- "I'm not much of the praying type, but I'm gonna pray for you." Oh Dean. If you only knew. I'd like to think Cas heard his prayers even then and maybe helped Layla out.
