• How terrifying would it be to have a monster in your walls and to know it was coming and have nobody believe you because you’re schizophrenic?
• Name: “Edward Van Halen” – Dr. Babar raises flags but Edward Van Halen does not?

• I love that they just tell the truth to get admitted to the hospital.  So good.  "I'm fine.  I mean, okay, a little depressed, I guess."  "Okay. Any idea why?"  "Probably because I started the apocalypse."

• Sam and Dean are dangerously co-dependent
• “You know what else isn’t good for group?  A monster eating all our faces off.”
• Wouldn’t mind being in a psych ward so I’d have an excuse to kiss Sam and Dean and have nobody think anything of it except that I’m crazy.  But wouldn’t want to be killed by the monster in there so I suppose you win some, you lose some
• How would pscyh patients even have access to the morgue???  Like seriously, they'd keep the morgue on site?

• So . . . the boys killed a nurse (albeit, a wraith, but still) and then ran from the mental institution, leaving the dead nurse there.  And leaving Martin there.  Now I know we see Martin again, so screw him, and I know that the authorities were never going to be able to track down Eddie Van Halen, but still.  Seems a little brazen.
