"I can't just sit around, drinking eggnog, pretending everything's okay, when I know next Christmas you'll be dead."What I said then:
"Sweet. A Very #Supernatural Christmas. #Season 3."
"Evil Santa!!!!! #Supernatural #Season3"
"Dean and Sam singing Silent Night - that was pretty rough. #Supernatural #Season 3"
"'You know what I say when I feel like swearing? Fudge.' 'I'll remember that.' #Supernatural #Season3"
"'If you fudging touch me again, I'll fudging kill you!' #Supernatural #Season3"
"Um... also that peeling the fingernail off of Sam was kind of disgusting. #Supernatural #Season3"

Comments on the second time around:
- I can imagine few things more traumatizing as a kid than seeing Santa get sucked up the chimney. (Until we get to when the poor little curly haired boy hears and then sees his father get dragged away in a bag - so creepy and horrifying).
- Was it just me or did the little boy at the beginning seem a bit too old to believe in Santa Clause?
- Dean was so cute wanting to have a real Christmas, with a tree and Boston Market, and Sam bah humbugging him. "Alright, Grinch."
- I love young Sam and young Dean. They really play the parts perfectly.
- "Santa's got a special gift for you" - talk about creepy and pedophiliac.
- "We only came here to watch" - yikes, talk about double creepy and pedophiliac.
- "Mr. Gung-ho Christmas might have to blow away Santa." I'm glad Dean didn't have to.
- Dean and Sam's Silent Night rendition - perfect. I'd never know that Jensen Ackles could actually sing based on this scene.
- Meadowsweet is the name of a store near me that I've heard advertised lately - now it's kind of creepy and every time I see a commercial for it I'm going to imagine that it's used for human sacrifices.
- I love the young Dean prefaced telling young Sam that monsters were real by telling him that "we have the coolest dad in the world. He's a superhero."
- The Carrigans are some of my favorite monsters on the whole show.
- Sam TOWERS over the Carrigan's fridge - hilarious.
- Vervain reference!
- The body parts in the Carrigan's basement - ugh.
- Haven't been able to rewatch that fingernail scene since the first time I saw it and I didn't know it was coming.
- Young Dean trying to convince young Sam that John had come to give them Christmas - so many Winchester feels and tears.
- When Sam gives Dean his present for John and it's the samulet . . . "thank you, Sam, I love it" and puts it on and never takes it off - seriously, all the tears for the end of this episode.
- "Skin mags! And shaving cream!" "Fuel for me and fuel for my Baby."
- "Son of a bitch" count - 1
