Season 4, Episode 8: Wishful Thinking

"The things I saw . . . there aren't words.  There is no forgetting.  There's no making it better.  Because it is right here . . . forever.  You wouldn't understand.  And I could never make you understand."
This is one of those gems of an episode that I always forget about - I remember really enjoying it the first time I saw it and yet I kept forgetting about it.  But it was just as enjoyable the second time around.

What I said then:

"Nothing sadder than teddy bear suicide.  Except teddy bear attempted suicide.  #Supernatural #Season4"

  • Pervy kid at the beginning spying on ladies in the shower
  • Dean "has no idea why Uriel told Sam what he did" - Winchesters lying to each other again.
  • I love Dean choking on his beer when Sam mentions the ghost haunting the women's showers. "Women?  Showers?  We've gotta save these people."
  • I like how Sam notes that the working title for the book he wants to write is "Supernatural" . . . ten episodes before the Supernatural books are introduced in The Monster at the End of this Book
  • "Damn right I wanted to save some naked women."
  • "There's a Bigfoot out there, damn it, and he's a son of a bitch!"
  • "Amaretto and Irish cream - he's a girl-drink drunk."  Haha... so true.  Two of my favorite drinks.
  • I love the boys claiming to be Teddy Bear doctors and showing Audrey their badges.
  • "Why am I here?"  "For TEA PARTIES."  Audrey's pretty adorable.
  • "He's got lollipop disease."  Adorable.
  • The little boy saying to Dean "you got a problem, Mister??"
  • For the record, I love Dean in plaid.
  • Annnnnd . . . Sam dies again.
  • I like the touch of Audrey's parents being completely tan at the end.
  • "Son of a bitch" count: 1
