"I'd take our family over normal any day."Man I hated this episode the first time around. Aside from being stupid, I do hate anything having to do with bugs - the opening scene with the million of them is pretty much my worse nightmare. But ANYWAY. This episode makes me smile because of good 'old Chuck - "I am so sorry. I mean, horror is one thing, but to be forced to live bad writing. . . if I would have known it was real, I would have done another pass."
Thoughts:
- When does Dean have time to watch Oprah? (Maybe around the same time he went and saw Black Swan?)
- There's a ton of thunder outside, and all I keep thinking is that it's not actually thunder, but it's going to be lots and lots of bugs attacking my house. (This episode is dumb the second time around too).
- Someone on Twitter called my attention to the fact that the kid in this episode is Alphie in season 8. Also, poor Samandriel will never be known as anything but Alphie, will he.
- The rain's started and it's insane. If I lose power and can't watch, it's going to throw me off schedule big time.
- Every time I see Sam driving the Impala it's weird to me.
- Sam just made a Willard reference, which always puts Michael Jackson's "Ben" into my head.
- This.

- "You know who starts sentences with 'truth is'? Liars."
- It seemed, both the first time I watched this and again tonight, like the night went REALLY quickly. Like the whole thing happened in real time instead of over the course of six hours or so.
Glad that one's over with. Time to move on to Home, which I just watched a couple weeks ago, but it's not a rewatch until it happens again.
