"I'm not what they say I am. We're not the bad guys."
This episode was kind of neat and a reminder of how in the early seasons, the law was something that the Winchesters worried about - not angels, and demons, and knights of Hell and the Mark of Cain, but police, jail - that was a real worry then. Wild.
This episode was full of what makes early Season 2 Dean Winchester so heartbreaking to me - he was carefree and ridiculous and and knowing the rest of what was to come in Season 2 and where his life would go from that point on . . . it's just sad to me.
- The Blue Steel mugshot. Love it.
- "I think I'm adorable."
- "You from Texas all of a sudden?"
- "We might not be saints, but we're loyal, and we pay our debts." The Winchesters. Just like the Lannisters. Maybe that's what started Wincest ;)
- "They're just donuts. They're not love."
- "Does it bother you how easily you fit in here?" "No, not really."
- "I am friggin velvety smooth."
- "We should go to Yemen." "I'm not sure I'm ready to go that deep." They could have stayed at 15 Yemen Road, Yemen.
