Season 4, Episode 13: After School Special

"I'm not mad, Dean.  I thought maybe . . . underneath your whole 'I could give a crap,' bad-boy thing, that there was something more going on.  I mean, like the way you are with your brother.  But I was wrong. And you spend so much time trying to convince people that you're cool, but it's just an act.  We both know that you're just a sad lonely little kid.  And I feel sorry for you, Dean."
What I said then:

"Candice Accola on #Supernatural . . . my favorite CW show crossing over to one of my new faves! #Season 4"
"Aren't you the PE teacher?"  "Not really.  I'm like 21 Jump Street.  The bus driver sells pot.  #Supernatural #Season 4"

Thoughts this time around:
  • Death by drowning in the toilet bowl while it's being flushed - pretty horrible
  • Young Sam and Young Dean are perfect in this episode - have their mannerisms down perfectly.
  • It's pretty funny how Young Dean looks like such a giant though!
  • Dean as a gym teacher is amazing.  I have a magnet that says "the whistle makes me their God."
  • Man, when the kid shoves the bully's hand into the science blender thing (man, it has clearly been a LONG time since I took high school science) there was a LOT of blod.
  • Sam's poor little friend who killed himself :(
  • Candice Accola - love seeing Caroline on this.  Although it's funny that the first time I watched this, the Vampire Diaries was still my favorite CW show
  • What did that girl possessed by Dirk stab Sam with, a knife?  Scissors?  Ow!
  • How was Sam seriously the first person to think to call Dirk "Dirk the Jerk"?
  • I really feel for Dirk's dad.  It's sad enough that he lost his wife.  And then he lost his son.  Now he carries around a lock of his son's hair to keep with him, the one thing he had left of him, and Sam and Dean burned that up.  Poor Mr. McGregor.
  • Still love the 21 Jump Street line
  • The jock crushing Sam once Dirk is no longer possessing him - hilarious.
  • Sam's conversation with Mr. Wyatt.  "You know, the only thing that really matters is that you're happy.  Are you happy, Sam?"
