Season 1, Episode 19: Provenance

"When you shut out pain, you shut out everything else too."

I only had six episodes scheduled for tonight, but I got out of work a little earlier than usual tonight and got a head start on my episodes, so might as well keep going.  I don't expect to be able to watch any tomorrow, so the more tonight, the better.  Although this episode is up there with Bloody Mary - it has the perfect combination of a creepy kids AND a creepy premise.  So may need to switch to Friends after this ;)

• Who would ever buy that painting?  A creepy portrait of someone else's family to hang on the wall?
• This happened in New Paltz . . . I've been up there a number of times.  Fortunately, no paintings ever came to life while I was there.
• Sarah.  Aww.  Now I'm thinking about her comment in season 8 about how she liked Sam's hair better short. ;)
• That moment when the boys entered the hotel was kind of weird... seems pretty modern for New Paltz, but maybe that's just me.
• Yeah . . . you are cursed, Sam.  And it only gets worse.
• You guys . . . I'm really upset about the end of season 9.  Sigh.
